While walking around our vacation home neighborhood a few days ago I captured neighbor Larry "Bubba" Hopkins in a moment of sun bliss. He never knew I took this picture and it turns out to be the last one taken the day before he died. Unfortunately, he was hit by a truck riding his bicycle. He will be missed by many friends and family.
Bubba really knew how to grow some magnificent flowers. You don't need a whole lot to enjoy this world and he knew this. This little home is right across the street from a beautiful park and beach.
What a cute place. I'm sure the neighbors will keep these flowers going for as long as possible in honor of his memory.
