Rate My Space Patio and Fireplace Area

Some people play a card game online when they're looking for something to do on the internet. I love to go to Rate My Space which is on HGTV.com. I was asked to pick a space that represents a space I'd be comfortable in. Well, this is a pretty dog gone tough assignment as there are so many beautiful spaces, but here is one that is totally "me". It's a backyard in Southern California. I love the pergola with the awning trim, the cozy stone fireplace, the comfy furniture, the just right height of a fence. Fences make good neighbors ya' know. ;-) Then there is this other whole area where you can dine or play cards under a candelier, and some nice pots to do a little gardening. And let's not forget the little ones having the just perfect amount of grass to do their business and fetch a ball. This backyard is awesome! XOXO, Penny

Cute, but nah....

I decided to take a look through my picture files. (When you're avoiding the dishes you can find all kinds of things to do.) I ran across this photo of a dog house. What do you think? I think it's pretty doggone cute, and I love all the flowers around it making it all homey and everything, but I dunno, I think they'd still prefer my big ole bed with all it's fluffyness. I know it would be hard for me to take a decent nap without them too. And their world isn't right unless she's under the covers. Can you spell spoiled?! XOXO
